Pet Policy

   

At Rosemeade we know you love your pets- and we do too!

 

You’ll find pet stations located around the property for your convenience and Milk-Bones in our leasing office for those afternoon walk cravings.

 

We welcome your dogs and cats 50 lbs and under  (or two pets weighing 75 lbs. total).  Because we understand that accidents sometimes

happen, we do require a non-refundable $300-$400 pet fee (per pet) and a $100 refundable deposit (per pet). We do not charge pet rent.

Please ask us about our restrictions on aggressive breeds.
