Pet Policy - Rosemeade Townhomes

We permit a maximum of two (2) animals per apartment home with a combined weight of 75 pounds or less (when fully grown). Animal owners must complete an Animal Addendum and pay the required non-refundable pet fee of $300 per apartment and a refundable pet deposit of $100 per pet.

Animal owners must supply current vet records showing up-to-date immunizations and provide a photo of each animal. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times when not in the owner’s apartment home and all animal owners are responsible for walking and cleaning up after their animal; patios may not be used as animal relief areas. Fines and lease violations are issued for repeat violations. We have provided several animal waste stations throughout the community for your convenience.

Rosemeade Townhomes is a Pet Friendly community that welcomes most pets. For the well-being of our residents (two legged and four), we restrict certain breeds of dogs that have a higher risk of aggression or destructive characteristics. The following restricted breeds (or any mix of them) are not permitted on property at any time: Akitas, Chows, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers or Wolf Hybrids. Exotic Animals are also not permitted. All pets must be approved by management and are permitted only if a Pet Agreement has been signed and additional deposit has been paid.
